ARCHITEAM COOPERATIVE AND REGIONAL ARCHITECTURE ASSOCIATION ANNOUNCE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Supporting Regional Architects Across Australia

ArchiTeam Cooperative and the Regional Architecture Association (RAA) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), formalising a long-standing relationship and strengthening support for architects practicing in regional Australia.

Both organisations share a commitment to championing architects working in small, sole, and regionally based practices. This MOU confirms a closer collaboration between ArchiTeam and RAA, particularly in the development and coordination of their respective Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event calendars. By aligning programming and sharing opportunities, the partnership aims to expand access to high-quality CPD and professional networks for members of both organisations.

The agreement also establishes reciprocal member benefits. As part of the collaboration, members of ArchiTeam and RAA will be eligible for shared offers, including a 15% discount on tickets to RAA’s Power of Community event, to be held in Yarrayne / Guildford, Victoria, from 12–14 March 2026.

ArchiTeam and RAA see this partnership as an important step in strengthening the professional, cultural and economic sustainability of architectural practice in regional contexts.
