Since the Client Architect Agreement (CAA) was updated and made free for all ArchiTeam members, we have regularly received queries about some parts of the CAA and the Terms and Conditions. ArchiTeam has collated all of these and Holding Redlich Lawyers have reviewed and updated the current version as well as provided advice that has assisted ArchiTeam in producing a User Guide. Many of you have also discussed wanting a CAD disclaimer, so we are now providing all three documents to members.
