ArchiTeam is hosting a special Pre-Nomination Information Session for members interested in contributing to the future direction of the cooperative. In 2025, three positions on the ArchiTeam Board of Directors will become available. To support members considering nomination, we’re pleased to offer this session featuring respected governance expert Richard Westlake.
If you’re passionate about supporting small practice architects and want to contribute your skills to the governance and strategic leadership of ArchiTeam, we encourage you to consider nominating for one of the upcoming Board vacancies. Further information is available here.

About Richard Westlake:
Richard is the founder and Managing Director of Westlake Governance Limited, and brings enormous practical experience to his role, having been a board chair and director for more than 25 years in a very wide range of organisations. As a Board Chair, he has particular expertise and experience in leading transformational organisation change, across a range of sectors.

FAQ
I won't be able to make it to the session, or might miss part of it, will there be a recording that I can catch up on?
Yes, there will be a recording. All registered attendees will receive a link to view it the following week alongside their CPD quiz to receive points. For anyone who isn't registered, it will be made available on CPD Online in a month's time.
How do I get my CPD points?
A CPD quiz will be sent alongside the session recording which you can complete. The quiz will be open for 2 weeks. Certificates will be sent out to those who have completed the quiz after it is closed.
I have a specific question for the speaker / panel. How do I ask it prior to the event?
You can send it to admin@architeam.net.au and Ophelia will pass it on for you.
