EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO JOIN THE ARCHITEAM RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan) working group (RWG).

ArchiTeam Cooperative is about to embark on its reconciliation journey and develop a RAP (Reconciliation Action Plan). To assist with this process, we are seeking expressions of interest from members to join the RAP working group.

Developing a Reconciliation Action Plan is a journey and a collaborative partnership with Reconciliation Australia. A Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) gives an organisation a framework to contribute to the reconciliation movement. Based around the core pillars of relationships, respect and opportunities, RAPs provide tangible and substantive benefits for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, increasing economic equity and supporting First Nations self-determination.

Since 2006, Reconciliation Action Plans (RAPs) have enabled organisations to sustainably and strategically take meaningful action to advance reconciliation.

Being a part of a RAP working group (RWG) is an enriching, educational and rewarding experience. The RWG is considered the governing body of the RAP, responsible for the RAP’s development, implementation, and reporting phases of the RAP.

We are looking for passionate and committed members to assist with establishing an effective RWG to develop ArchiTeam’s RAP.

Expressions of interest may be submitted by email to prior to the EOI close date: Monday 29 August 2022
