Archibiz and ArchiTeam will offer Archibiz’s “Designing Architectural Practice Success” course exclusively to ArchiTeam members for the first time, starting on Wednesday 5 August.
In business, owners often struggle with creating a clear vision for where they want the business to be in the future. For architects, who already face a daunting set of uncertainties, a lack of vision could prove to be detrimental to their business.
Vision is one of the many topics that Archibiz covers during their “Designing Architectural Practice Success” (DAPS) course. The eight-week program, led by Archibiz co-founder and business coach Ray Brown, is structured to help architects develop and accelerate their practices by teaching them the foundational areas of business.
We’re excited to announce that Archibiz and ArchiTeam are teaming up to offer the DAPS course exclusively to ArchiTeam members for the first time.
In the past, architects who have taken the course faced different challenges. Some were looking for guidance on how to scale their practice, while others were in the budding stages of growing their startups. This variety among the group presents a unique opportunity for architects to grow with and from their peers, observing how others may have dealt with obstacles they could soon face.
In addition to vision, the DAPS course also covers finance, business development and marketing, structure, leadership and management. The course, which is held over eight Zoom meetings, also includes a 30-minute on-boarding call to discuss specific business goals, a 60-minute individual coaching call and a 65-page workbook with downloadable tools and templates.
Here’s a short video (2min) with ArchiTeam member, Thom McKenzie of Winwood McKenzie [https://vimeo.com/437043699], sharing his thoughts about the value of the course and how it’s transformed his practice since completing it last year.
The course is being offered to ArchiTeam members at the special price of $2,400+GST (usually $2,900+GST). Only 10 places are available for this exclusive ArchiTeam cohort which starts on Wednesday 5 August.
