This CPD event will examine changes to the ATO’s payroll requirements, present best practice financial management strategies and reflect on the financial decisions that architects need to make to be successful.

Doone Clifton has been a bookkeeper since 1996. Her bookkeeping practice Gecko Services works with Hospitality and creatives to met all the compliance requirements around finances and to help business owners understand their numbers.
- Kylie Freeman, Senior Project Architect & Studio Manager at Perkins Architects
Kylie is a registered and practicing architect at Perkins Architects, she also has the additional role of Studio Manager. She is responsible for strategy, resource scheduling, fee setting, acquisition of new work and general office well being of the office of 25 staff.
